Along with speaking, training, and working at the two small manufacturing companies I own, I also devote a significant amount of time to creating a community to educate and connect other manufacturers and innovators. This community is focused on:

This website and blog are an opportunity for me to share what I have learned while concurrently learning from you. I also produce a proprietary newsletter which goes out monthly to over 9,000 recipients in the manufacturing industry.

I have over 20 years of business development and new product innovation experience, including previous positions at The Toro Company, Colgate-Palmolive and Purina; plus a prior leadership role at a private equity portfolio company, as well as entrepreneurial roles as an owner and founder of The Grun Company and Quip Health. My responsibilities have included managing several businesses and new product launches plus the creation of new distribution networks across diverse customer segments in the manufacturing industry.
